Founder & Director of Gloss

I’ve been part of the beauty and wellness industry for over 20 years, and this year marks my 20th year of leading Gloss. While I now spend less time in clinic with clients as I focus on raising our busy family I remain deeply involved in Gloss’ growth and success.

My true passion has always been skin health. After completing holistic health coaching and dermo-nutrition studies, I’ve developed a strong belief in a holistic approach, because thriving, glowing skin always starts from within. Internal health and skin health are inseparable and I love empowering women to feel confident at every age and stage of life.

My vision for Gloss has always been clear: to create confidence in women through skin health, helping them become the very best version of themselves. I’m also incredibly passionate about mentoring my team, encouraging growth, instilling confidence and continually upskilling to ensure we provide the very best care and service. I am so proud of our Gloss family who bring our vision to life every single day.

With my youngest now starting preschool I hope to carve out more time to return to the clinic floor reconnecting with the wonderful clients who have supported Gloss year after year. It’s been an incredible journey so far and I’m so excited for what’s to come.

✨ Favourite Treatment: Skin needling- if there’s only one treatment you can fit into your routine, this is it! Hands down the best for ageing, pigmentation, texture and scarring. The beauty is your skin just keeps getting better and better with age.

🌿 Favourite Product: This is a hard one because I’ve worked with and tried so many brands over the years, but as you know, I’m a true lover of Environ. It’s consistently been the top medical skincare brand because it simply works. My ultimate duo is the Youth Essentia C-Quence Serum and Defence Cream. Packed with vitamins, antioxidants, and peptides that keep skin youthful, healthy and glowing.

Hi, I’m Kimberley! Being Lisa’s best friend, I’ve been involved with Gloss right from the very beginning, all 20 years of it! But for the past 5 years I’ve been officially part of the team and I absolutely love my role.

I’m often the first face you’ll see when you arrive at Gloss or the voice on the other end of the phone. Greeting clients, making them feel welcome and helping guide their journey with us is something I truly enjoy. Hi, I’m Izabel. Most of you probably know me by now but if not I’ve been at Gloss for just over two and a half years. I honestly love coming to work every day not only to help transform skin but also to brighten someone’s day. That’s what makes this job so special to me.

🌿 What I Love Most: Being able to make a difference for people whether it’s results, relaxation or a bit of both.

✨ Favourite Product: At the moment, it has to be Environ’s Skin, Hair & Nails supplement. It’s been a total game-changer for my skin and I don’t go a day without it.

✨ Favourite Product: TiZo Ultra Zinc Tinted Sunscreen — I wear it every single day. It’s lightweight, mineral-based, and has a soft tint that gives me a healthy glow. Perfect on its own or under makeup, and I wouldn’t go without it!

💎 Favourite Treatment: At the moment, it’s the Environ Cool Peel. I love how it works for so many different concerns. Texture, pigmentation, breakouts, ageing and still keeps the skin barrier strong. It’s gentle but powerful with minimal downtime and such gorgeous results.
