Cancellation Policy

Our Cancellation Policy

We understand that things can change and are often unavoidable. If you find yourself unable to keep an appointment, we kindly request 48 business hours notice. This courtesy enables us to schedule another client in your place. If we do not receive 48 business hours notification of cancellation, rescheduling or you just don’t show up to an appointment, we reserve the right to charge 50% of your booked treatment cost as a cancellation fee. If there is also a change to your scheduled appointment within 48hrs to a lesser time service you will also be charged for the full treatment time you were originally booked for.
