Beauty Salon Hobbiton Cancellation Policy
We understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation may be necessary. If you find yourself unable to keep an appointment, we kindly request 24 business hours notice. This courtesy enables us to schedule another client and, in turn, as a big bonus we can keep adding more and more awesome services and huge value packages that we know you love so much! Remember we are just a small local business trying to make our mark on the world, and giving back to you is what we enjoy most! BUT it comes at a heavy price and may end up with us having to close our doors if we have no shows or cancellations that we have already reserved staff and equipment especially for.
If we do not receive 24 business hours notification of cancellation, rescheduling or you just don’t show up to an appointment we reserve the right to charge 50% of your treatment booked as a cancellation fee. Sometimes these circumstances are unavoidable, but Gloss still has to absorb the expense caused when staff, treatment areas and professional tools have been put aside just for you. If there is also a change to your scheduled appointment within 24hrs to a lesser time service you will also be charged for the full treatment time you were originally booked for.
